Taiyo Oil participates in 2010 CO2 Reduction / Light-Down Campaign

Taiyo Oil is taking part in the CO2 Reduction/Light-Down Campaign 2010 organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment.

The CO2 Reduction/Light-Down Campaign 2010 is aimed at encouraging people to turn off lights at light-up facilities and in homes, in order to raise awareness nationwide of the need to mitigate climate change. It also gives members of the public an opportunity to think about "how to mitigate global warming" by turning off lights and to realize how much energy we actually consume. At Taiyo Oil, we will turn off the lighting billboard and office garden lighting on the premises of Shikoku Operations.

Date and time of "Black Illumination 2010"

As a good corporate citizen, we will actively implement measures to help prevent global warming.
