Taiyo Oil has planned CS, comprising of follow-up training based on consumer monitor surveys and their results, and the "Store Rejuvenation Program" ES improvement plan, as part of new training sessions for dealerships from this fiscal year. The training session outlined below takes into account the results of this survey held in August.

THold a discussion-centered training session based on the results of the consumer monitor survey. VTR showing success stories from other industries, accompanied with various explanations with the aim of improving both customer and staff satisfaction.
Participants mentioned that the program was great for staff looking at standardizing awareness to improve their stores, and that they would like to clarify the features of their SS in the future.
