Taiyo Oil Sends Lecturer to the "3rd Maritime Economic Lecture" at Matsuyama University

Taiyo Oil sent Yoshiyuki Kosugi, General Manager of the International Trading & Shipping Department, as a lecturer to the "Maritime Economic Symposium", which was held for the third year in a row at Matsuyama University (Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture) on October 19.

Taiyo Oil has sent staff to the symposium since it was first held in 2009. The third symposium this year was held on the topic of "crude oil transport".
In addition to the "3rd Anniversary Symposium" (commemorative lecture and panel discussion), the lecture consisted of a total of 15 short courses were open to both students of the university and the general public alike, in what proved to be truly community-based event. The symposium has always attracted a large number of attendees.

Taiyo Oil will continue to send lecturers for as long as it is feasibly possible as part of activities aimed at contributing to society.
