SOLATO-kun's Christmas Event for Children

Taiyo Oil provided support for SOLATO-kun’s Christmas Event for Children, an event sponsored by Yamaguchi Shimbun, held on Sunday, December 13th at Watanabe Memorial Hall located in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Children and parents living in Yamaguchi Prefecture were invited to the event free of charge where they were treated to an animation screening, a performance of Christmas music by a band, a juggling performance, and a raffle, which were all held on stage. SOLATO-kun, Taiyo Oil’s brand character, also made an appearance at the event which really added to the excitement.
At the end of the event, all the children who attended the event were given special SOLATO-kun bags filled with a lot of sweets and SOLATO-kun related items. Children were very happy because these gifts served as early Christmas presents.
As part of our social contribution programs, Taiyo Oil will continue to hold such events to support the rich spiritual development of children who will be responsible for the next generation.
