At the Board of Directors meeting held on August 26, 2021, it was decided that Taiyo Oil will implement the following partial changes to its business execution structure with the aim of strengthening its checks and balances with regard to security management in the Shikoku Operations, as well as its auditing functions. We also hereby announce the implementation of organizational reforms.

❒ The Safety Management Group will be newly established in the Shikoku Operations Environment & Safety Department.
❒ The Shikoku Operations Environment & Safety Department’s Safety Control Group will be renamed the Security Control Group.
